For more than 19 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in Arizona real estate and being part of the communities that make this state feel like home. From Phoenix to neighborhoods throughout Maricopa County, I’ve watched families grow, communities change, and people take some of the biggest steps of their lives buying or selling a home.

Before real estate, my work was always rooted in community. I’ve been involved in organizing service projects and outreach events because I genuinely believe strong communities start with people feeling supported and informed. That mindset naturally carried over into real estate. Helping someone achieve homeownership isn’t just a transaction it’s a turning point.

I work with buyers and sellers of all backgrounds, and I’m especially passionate about helping people feel confident in a process that can often feel overwhelming. As a Black Realtor who is also biracial — Mexican and Black, I bring cultural awareness and lived experience to my work, while proudly serving clients of every nationality, race, and background. Everyone deserves clear guidance, honest answers, and an advocate who truly listens.
Over the years, I’ve worked across the Phoenix metro area, including Scottsdale, Ahwatukee, Laveen, Goodyear, Tolleson, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Glendale, Chandler, South Phoenix, and surrounding communities. I have experience with resale homes, new construction, and investment properties, and I understand that every client’s situation is different.
What matters most to me is the relationship I build with my clients. I take the time to explain the process, answer questions, and make sure you feel informed — not pressured. I am thrilled to introduce a remarkable new addition to our real estate family in 2023 - my son, DaMario Fair! DaMario comes to us with a fascinating background, having made a mark in both sports and education before joining our venture.

As some of you may already know, DaMario's journey started on the football fields of Arizona State University, where he showcased his skills and passion for the game. But beyond the sports arena, he also cultivated a keen interest in education, making a significant impact on young minds as an educator.
Now, he brings his unique perspective and experiences to the world of real estate, where he is set to revolutionize the way millennials approach property purchases and investments. DaMario's generation has a fresh outlook on homeownership, and I am excited to see how his insights will shape our strategies and elevate our services.
