For the past incredible 16 years, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of diving into the thrilling world of Arizona real estate. Oh, the adventures I've had! From bustling Phoenix to the picturesque neighborhoods scattered across Maricopa County, my journey has been nothing short of exhilarating.
You see, I've always had this burning desire to make a difference. And so, as a pioneer in the community development genre, I've been passionately involved in organizing service activities and community outreach events. The smiles on people's faces, the sense of togetherness - it's truly heartwarming.
But it wasn't until 2007 that I decided to take my experiences and love for community to a whole new level. Real Estate seemed like the perfect path to continue serving and supporting the wonderful people of Arizona. My mission? To foster minority and women homeownership and create a more inclusive, diverse, and vibrant housing market.
And you know what? We've been making waves ever since! It fills my heart with pride to witness families achieving their dreams of owning a home, finding their own special place in this beautiful state.
I've had the joy of working in some fantastic areas - Ahwatukee, Phoenix, Laveen, Goodyear, Tolleson, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Glendale, Chandler, South Phoenix, all of Phoenix Metro . Each neighborhood holds its unique charm and stories, and I cherish being a part of those stories.
Over the years, I've gathered experience in all kinds of real estate - from the charm of resale homes to the excitement of new home construction. I've navigated the twists and turns of MLS resale homes and ventured into the world of investment properties. And you know what? It's been a thrilling ride.

I am thrilled to introduce a remarkable new addition to our real estate family in 2023 - my son, DaMario Fair! DaMario comes to us with a fascinating background, having made a mark in both sports and education before joining our venture.
As some of you may already know, DaMario's journey started on the football fields of Arizona State University, where he showcased his skills and passion for the game. But beyond the sports arena, he also cultivated a keen interest in education, making a significant impact on young minds as an educator.
